1. Booking Policy
Welcome to Sarvagya Yatra. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following:
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, boats, and transport.
- A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after receiving the advance token amount.
- Customized packages may require different booking conditions which will be communicated via email.
2. Payment Terms
To secure your reservation, the following payment schedule applies:

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. However, due to prepayments made to hotels and vendors, cancellation charges apply:

*Processing fees of 5% may apply on all refunds. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Identification & Documents
- It is mandatory for all guests (including children) to carry a valid Government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport).
- PAN Card is NOT accepted as valid address proof by hotels in India.
- For foreign nationals, a valid Passport and Visa are mandatory.
5. Spiritual Code of Conduct
Since Varanasi (Kashi) is a holy city, we request guests to respect local traditions:
Please Note: Consumption of Alcohol and Non-Vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the Kashi Vishwanath Temple corridor and near the Ghats.
- Modest clothing is recommended while visiting temples.
- Footwear must be removed outside temple premises.
- Photography is restricted inside the inner sanctum of major temples.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sarvagya Yatra acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and contractors. We shall not be held responsible for:
- Delays or alterations in the program due to natural hazards, flight/train cancellations, weather, sickness, or political unrest ("Force Majeure").
- Any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the tour.
- Any extra costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the guest directly.
