Yes. For Kashi Vishwanath, traditional attire is preferred. Shoulders and knees must be covered. Avoid leather accessories inside the inner sanctum.
The Aarti starts around 6:30 PM (Winter) or 7:00 PM (Summer). We recommend boarding your boat at least 45 minutes prior to get the best view.
Photography is allowed on the Ghats and during Ganga Aarti. However, cameras and mobiles are strictly prohibited inside the Kashi Vishwanath Temple complex (lockers available).
