1. Cancellation Charges

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our local partners (hotels/boatmen). The refund percentage depends on how early you inform us.

15 - 29 Days 50% Retention 50% Refund
7 - 14 Days 75% Retention 25% Refund
0 - 6 Days 100% Retention No Refund

* Calculation is based on the Total Package Cost, not just the advance paid.

2. How to Claim a Refund?

We keep the process simple and digital. No need to visit our office.

Our team calculates the refundable amount based on the table above (within 48 hrs).

The amount is credited back to your original payment source within 7-10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Components

Certain bookings are non-refundable once made, regardless of when you cancel:

Flight/Train Tickets
Refund subject to airline/railway policy only.
VIP Darshan Passes
Temple trust tickets are non-transferable/refundable.
Peak Dates (Dev Deepawali / Holi)
Bookings for major festival dates are 100% Non-Refundable due to high demand.

4. Force Majeure (Acts of God)

In cases where the tour is cancelled due to natural calamities (floods in Ganga), riots, or government lockdowns:

Credit Note Policy: We do not offer cash refunds in such cases. Instead, you will be issued a Credit Note for the full amount, valid for travel within the next 12 months.
